Terms & Conditions for Providing Consultancy Services

To ensure clarity and transparency, Orvex Consultancy follows standardized terms for recruitment services:

  • Consultancy Charges: Standard charges: 8.33% of the selected candidate’s CTC (Cost to Company).
  • However, consultancy charges can also be discussed and mutually agreed upon during a call/meeting as per the client’s requiremen
  • Payment Terms: Invoice payable within 30 days of the candidate’s joining date.
  • Guarantee Clause: Free replacement within 3 months if the candidate resigns or leaves.
  • Resume Validity: Shared profiles remain valid for 6 months from the submission date.
